What You'll Walk Away With

One hour. Three things you'll actually feel.

โ€” I โ€”

A nervous system that finally exhales

Walk in carrying tension you've been holding for weeks. Walk out with your shoulders dropped and your breath full again.

โ€” II โ€”

A mantra you can use anywhere

Take home a practice that fits in your pocket. Use it on commutes, before sleep, in the middle of hard moments โ€” whenever you need to come back to yourself.

โ€” III โ€”

A taste of effortless silence

The kind that lingers. Each conscious touch of Sweet Silence leaves an imprint, and those imprints accumulate into a quieter, clearer way of living.

Who This Is For

This hour is for you if any of this resonates.

โœฆ

You've been running on fumes and need to come back to yourself before another season passes.

โœฆ

You meditate (or try to) but quietly worry you're "doing it wrong."

โœฆ

You're craving depth โ€” not another optimization, hack, or wellness trend.

โœฆ

You want to meet summer from grounded clarity, not depleted overwhelm.

โœฆ

Mantra and chanting feel intriguing but a little intimidating โ€” and you'd love a real teacher to walk you in.

โœฆ

You already love Scott's work and want to go deeper into the practice he keeps pointing toward.

The Practice

What is Sacred Sound?

Across millennia, sages and wisdom keepers learned to work directly with sound currents to access energy, healing, clarity, and inner transformation. Everything in this Kosmos is, at its root, pulsating sound.

In this session, we work with Sacred Sound through mantra โ€” energetically charged Sanskrit syllables that shape consciousness and direct subtle flows of energy โ€” alongside the healing power of your own voice.

Scott guides you into different ways of working with mantra so you can feel, sense, and recognize the liberating currents these sounds carry. Not theory. Direct experience.

Mantra opens the door to Sweet Silence.
The Result

What is Sweet Silence?

Sweet Silence is natural, effortless meditation โ€” what remains when you settle into the spaciousness, ease, and contentment of your own awakened Awareness.

There's a dynamic, shimmering silence within and all around you. It's the source of deep rest and renewal โ€” like the vast, open sky. The thinking mind is just passing clouds that temporarily obscure it.

With every round of mantra, the clouds thin. Each conscious taste of Sweet Silence leaves a positive imprint. Over time, those imprints accumulate โ€” making it easier to dissolve tension, receive guidance, and live from clarity rather than reactivity.

Inside The Hour

What actually happens in the session.

A clear, gentle arc. No prior experience required. Sit in a chair or on the floor โ€” whatever's comfortable.

i

Drop In

Settle the body, soften the breath, arrive in the room together.

ii

Sound

Mantra silently, mantra aloud, melodic kirtan-style chanting with harmonium.

iii

Silence

Rest in the spacious Awareness the practice reveals. This is the heart of it.

iv

Integrate

A gentle return, brief Q&A, and a practice you can carry with you.

Common Questions

Before you say yes.

Is this live, or pre-recorded?
This is a live session on Saturday, May 9. Show up live for the full circle experience and the Q&A โ€” and keep lifetime access to the recording so you can revisit the practice anytime.
Do I need any experience with mantra or meditation?
None at all. Scott guides everything step by step. Total beginners and seasoned practitioners both leave with something. The practices are simple to follow โ€” and rich enough to keep deepening over time.
What if I can't attend live?
Register anyway. You'll get the full recording with lifetime access โ€” including the Q&A โ€” and can practice with it as often as you'd like.
What do I need to prepare?
Just a quiet space, a comfortable seat (chair or cushion), headphones if you have them, and 60 minutes of uninterrupted time. No prior practice, props, or knowledge required.
Can I really pay just $10?
Yes. The $10 minimum is real, not a guilt trip. If money is tight, that's exactly the price for you. If you're well-resourced, paying more helps subsidize someone who needs the practice but can't pay full value. Either way, you're welcome here.
Will there be chanting? I'm not sure that's my thing.
Yes, and it's gentle. Scott invites you in โ€” never pressures. You can chant aloud, hum quietly, or simply listen. Many people who arrive shy about chanting describe it as the most surprising and moving part of the hour.
