What You'll Walk Away With

Insight happens in the mind, but true shifts happen in the body.

— I —

A nervous system that finally unwinds

Drop the burden of tensions you've held for too long. With three unhurried hours, the body has time to truly let go, revealing the transformative power you've carried within all along.

— II —

A mantra practice you'll want to keep diving into

Not a quick demo. Enough repetition and guidance that the practice becomes alive within you, transforming hard moments into doorways, confusion into clarity, and longing into fulfillment.

— III —

A deep, lingering silence

The depth of radiant delicious stillness only longer practice reveals. Each conscious touch of Sweet Silence leaves a vibrant imprint, and in three hours, those transformative imprints run deep.

Who This Is For

This immersion is for you if any of this resonates.

You've been running on fumes and want to come all the way back to yourself, not just take the edge off.

You meditate (or try to) but quietly worry you're "doing it wrong" or you find yourself spacing out or stuck in mental loops.

You're craving depth — not another optimization, hack, or wellness trend.

You've tasted Scott's shorter sessions, got a sense of what's possible and you're hungry to go further into the power of the practice he keeps pointing toward.

Mantra and chanting feel intriguing but a little intimidating — and you'd love a teacher embodying the work to walk you in.

You want to give yourself a genuine morning of transformative practice, not keep trying to squeeze awakening into a lunch break.

The Practice

What is Sacred Sound?

Across millennia, sages and wisdom keepers learned to work directly with sound currents to access energy, healing, clarity, and inner transformation. Everything in this Kosmos is, at its root, pulsating sound.

In this immersion, we work with Sacred Sound through mantra: energetically charged Sanskrit syllables that shape consciousness and direct subtle flows of energy, alongside the healing power of your own voice and the harmonizing of your breath. Empowered mantra repetition interrupts and dissolves rigid mental patterns and reactivity.

With the fuller length of time the immersion offers, Scott can guide you through several distinct ways of working with mantra, so you don't just sample the practice, you settle into it and feel the liberating currents these sounds carry through your whole being. Not theory. Direct experience. Transformation and awakening only live in direct experience.

Mantra opens the door to Sweet Silence.
The Result

What is Sweet Silence?

Sweet Silence is natural, effortless meditation — what remains when you settle into the spaciousness, ease, and contentment of awakened Awareness. It might sound mystical and "far away", but it's closer to you than your own breath. Behind all of the seemingly relentless mental events ("clouds") is the always-shining "Sun" of awakened Awareness.

There's a dynamic, shimmering silence within and all around you (and all of life) that goes unnoticed while we're caught up in mental events (endless thoughts and reactions to our thoughts). This silence is the source of deep rest, healing, and renewal. It's all-pervasive like the vast, open sky. Mental events are just passing clouds that temporarily obscure it.

With every round of mantra, the clouds thin. The gift of a longer immersion is time: time for the positive imprints of the practice to accumulate within a single sitting, so the silence you reach has a deeper impact, and the way of living it points to (clarity rather than reactivity) becomes your real lived experience fueling your faith in the power of practice.

Inside The Immersion

What actually happens together.

A clear, gentle arc with room to breathe. No prior experience required. Sit in a chair or on a cushion on the floor, whatever best supports vitality, alignment and alertness. A short stretch break gives the body time to integrate before we go deeper.

i

Drop In

Settle the body, soften the breath, arrive in the room together, unhurried.

ii

Sound

Mantra silently, mantra aloud, melodic kirtan-style chanting with harmonium, layered and deepened.

iii

Silence

Effortless meditation in the spacious Awareness the practice reveals. With more time, this is where the immersion truly opens. We cycle between Mantra and Meditation a number of times leading to our final Integration of the immersion session

iv

Integrate

A gentle return, deeper Q&A, and a complete practice you can carry with you.

Common Questions

Before you say yes.

Is this live, or pre-recorded?
This is a live immersion on Saturday, June 20, from 10am–1pm PT. Show up live for the full circle experience and the Q&A, and keep lifetime access to the recording so you can revisit the practice anytime.
How is this different from the shorter sessions?
The earlier Sacred Sound, Sweet Silence sessions were sixty minutes, a beautiful taste of the practice. This Immersion is three full hours, which changes what's possible: more time in the sound, far more time renewing in effortless meditation, and the space to let the practice settle into the body and integrate rather than just sampling it. Depth is the whole point.
Do I need any experience with mantra or meditation?
None at all. Scott guides everything step by step. Total beginners and seasoned practitioners both leave with something. The practices are simple to follow — and rich enough to keep deepening over time. Bring a growth mindset, curiosity and an open mind.
What if I can't attend live?
Register anyway. All of the energy and transmissions are preserved in the recording. You'll get the full recording with lifetime access, including the Q&A, and can practice with it as often as you'd like. That said, the live container is where the circle and the shared field come alive in a unique way fed by feeling the power of community, so we'd love to have you there if you can make it.
What do I need to prepare?
Just a quiet space, a comfortable seat (chair or cushion -- whichever you choose, sit in a way that allows your hips to be a bit higher than your knees which preserves the curve in your lower back and supports the necessary length and alignment of the spinal cord), headphones if you have them, water for the break, and three hours of uninterrupted time (though we'll have a 20-minute break in the middle). No prior practice, props, or knowledge required.
Will there be chanting? I'm not sure that's my thing.
Yes, and it's gentle and surprisingly blissful. Scott invites you in, never pressures. You can chant aloud, hum quietly, or simply listen and receive the mantras. Many people who arrive shy about chanting describe it as the most surprising and moving part of the practice, and with the immersion's longer arc, there's room to grow comfortable at your own pace.
